“We are very excited for HC-One’s Commissioner Showcase, the first event of its kind in the UK, which we are launching in the heart of Manchester - a great city which itself has led the way in health and social care through its landmark devolution agreement and creating the Health and Social Care Partnership.

“Partnership is one of HC-One’s founding values, and that truly extends to how we work with health and care Commissioners locally. Across the country we are leading the way in partnering with local Commissioners to develop new services and models of care, and to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for the Residents in our homes.

“Our goal is to strengthen this relationship and share best practice so that older people in the city benefit from the very best care opportunities.”
