60s celebration at St. James' ParkHC-One’s St. James’ Park care home Residents were delighted as the home held a 60s themed celebration for all to enjoy.

Residents, Relatives and Colleagues dressed in 1960s themed clothing, whilst music from the era played within the home.

Decorations adorned the walls, bringing back many a memory for Residents, as they spoke about their experiences within the 60s period.

Residents spoke of how they used to dress and wear their hair in the 60s era, remarking at how fashion has changed since then.

Helen Ganfield, home manager, commented: “It was lovely to see everyone dressed up today, Residents especially enjoyed reminiscing with their family members, and Colleagues learned more about the era.”
