80th birthday celebrations at Greenock care home

Rita Cook, a Resident at HC-One’s Merino Court care home in Greenock celebrated her 80th birthday on Tuesday 14th January with her friends, family and fellow Residents.

To celebrate her special day, the team organised a birthday party for Rita, with live entertainment from Billy Johnson, drinks, nibbles and a homemade birthday cake for the guest of honour. Friends and fellow Residents shared gifts and good wishes with Rita, which made her very happy and thankful.

Everyone had a wonderful time celebrating with Rita, one Resident commented that it was lovely to see Rita enjoying herself and singing along with Billy Johnson.

Merino Court Home Manager, Heather Campbell-Hanratty said: “I am so pleased Rita had a lovely party, on behalf of everyone at Merino Court I would like to wish Rita a very happy birthday.”
