85 birthday candles at Sherwood care home

Celebrations were in full swing at Acacia care home in Sherwood as Resident Stan turned 85 years young. 

Stan was joined by friends, family and fellow Residents to celebrate his special day, as Colleagues at Acacia dressed the home in birthday balloons. 

After opening his birthday presents and cards, Stan enjoyed singing along to some of his favourite music and was presented with a delicious birthday cake. 

Georgina Jackson, Home Manager at Acacia, commented: “It was so lovely to see Stan smiling from ear to ear as he celebrated his special day. Everyone had a lovely time.”
