90th birthday celebrations for Chelmsford care home Resident

Celebrations were in order at HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home as Resident, Raymond, celebrated his 90th birthday alongside Relatives and friends.

In honour of his birthday, Raymond was gifted with a card, balloon and a selection of his favourite tipples, whilst the lounge was lovingly decorated with balloons and a banner.

Everyone in the home sang “happy birthday” to Raymond as he then enjoyed a delicious birthday cake.

Raymond thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with his family and friends and reminiscing of his life, discussing his musical days spent in a band, as well as his career as a builder.

Lal Mangalam, home manager, commented: “We are so happy to have shared this day with Raymond. I’m so glad he enjoyed his day.”
