98 birthday candles for Eckington care home Resident

Celebrations were in full swing at April Park care home in Eckington as Resident Marjorie turns 98 years old. 

Marjorie’s special day began with lots of birthday wishes from fellow Residents and Colleagues at April Park, as she unwrapped a mountain of gifts and cards from her friends and family.

The birthday celebrations continued with a delicious lunch at Dobbies Garden Centre, before Residents and their loved ones wandered around the garden centre admiring the beautiful festive displays. 

Gail Wardle, Home Manager at April Park, said: “At HC-One, we are dedicated to celebrating Residents’ special occasions in the best way possible. It was great to see Marjorie smiling from ear to ear as she spent the day with her loved ones.”
