Activities prove a success at Belper care homeThe activities programme at Bankwood care home in Duffield, Belper has proven to be a success with Residents living at the home.

A lovely lady called Fay visited Bankwood on day care to see what she thought of it, with a view of possibly living at the home in the future.

During her visit, Fay enjoyed taking part in the activities, which included baking brownies, and said that the food was amazing.

Since her visit, Fay has decided to visit Bankwood again to get to know the Residents and team better, as well as joining in with even more exciting activities.

Izeta Hamza, Home Manager at Bankwood, said: “I am delighted that Fay’s visit to Bankwood was so positive! We can’t wait to welcome her with open arms again for her next visit.”
