Afternoon tea at Roker care homeHC-One’s Falstone Court care home in Roker, Sunderland hosted a high tea with music for Residents and their loved ones in January.

Everyone gathered in the lounge where the team served a variety of delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches and quiches. Hot and cold drinks were also served, with some opting for a glass of their favourite afternoon tipple instead.

Calm music was played as Residents and guests socialised and enjoyed the food and drinks, afterwards, Residents commented on how nice it was to just spend some time together whilst enjoying some delicious treats.

Falstone Court Care Manager, Julie Merritt said: “I am pleased everyone enjoyed our high tea, sometimes it’s the small things that can make a big difference to people’s lives.”
