Animal therapy at Laindon care homeResidents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Oaklands care home were delighted as they welcomed, Ruby, their weekly P.A.T dog, to the home again for another one of her regular visits.

Residents enjoyed stroking Ruby as she went around the home, visiting Residents and receiving cuddles from everyone in the home.

Everyone enjoyed chatting to Ruby as they played with her and offered her various treats as usual on her weekly visits.

Home manager, Stephanie Massey, commented: “Ruby is such a popular animal within the home, the therapy she offers Residents is second to none.”
