Arts and crafts at Pencoed care home

Residents at Glanffrwd care home in Pencoed, Bridgend showed off their inner artists as they enjoyed an arts and crafts session with Creative Mojo. 

The arts and crafts session took a festive twist as Residents at the home prepare for Christmas. Everyone worked together to create a beautiful stag sculpture, surrounded by glistening flowers and leaves. 

The masterpiece has been admired by many people visiting the home, as several have titled it a ‘work of art’ and a fantastic, festive addition to the home. 

After the arts session was complete, Residents enjoyed a selection of scones and tarts, along with a lovely warm drink. 

Joan Thomas, Home Manager at Glanffrwd, said: “It's lovely to see everyone come together and build something so spectacular, all of our Residents should be very proud of their talents.”
