Ashton-under-Lyne care home Residents enjoy winter garden centre visitHurst Hall care home in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside brightened up Residents’ days as they visited the nearby Daisy Nook Garden Centre.

Residents enjoyed a walk around the centre as they admired the beautiful plants, flowers and ornaments on display, with one Resident taking a particular liking to the garden gnomes.

After observing the different products on offer, Residents sat down and chatted together over a warm cup of tea and a delicious cream pastry puff.

The outing was a great way of beating the gloomy January weather for Residents, as Kath and Mary commented on how lovely it was to get some fresh winter air.
