Beeston care home gets in the festive spirit with Christmas carolsTalented singing group, Beeston Voices, made a visit to Silverwood care home in Nottingham for a special Christmas carol performance.

Residents were joined by their loved ones for the show, where they sang along to a number of traditional Christmas carols, including Silent Night and O Little Town of Bethlehem.

The audience was delighted to hear a special performance halfway through the show, as one of the singer’s daughters sung a beautiful solo.

Once the show came to an end, Residents enjoyed mince pies and festive drinks with members of the choir as they got to know each other better.

Debra Meynell, Home Manager at Silverwood, said: “The performance from Beeston Voices was a great success, so much so that they are coming back to Silverwood to sing for us again in the spring.”
