Belper care home hosts charity coffee morningBankwood care home in Duffield, Belper was delighted to welcome Residents, Colleagues and friends in the local community for a coffee morning fundraiser. 

Guests embraced their inner Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood to bake some delicious treats for the coffee morning, including cupcakes, tray bakes and biscuits.

Residents enjoyed chatting with their loved ones as they enjoyed a slice of cake and a cup of tea, all while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support; a UK charity close to the hearts of many. 

Izeta Hamza, Home Manager at Bankwood, said: “Everyone really enjoyed the coffee morning. The cakes and biscuits certainly went down a treat and helped to raise a fantastic amount of money for Macmillan.”
