Birch Court Colleague bids farewell for retirementColleagues and Residents came together at HC-One’s Birch Court care home as they prepared to say goodbye to fellow Colleague, Pauline, who was due to commence retirement.

Pauline has been remarked as working at the home for many years, supporting each of the home’s Residents with activities and wellbeing, as well as bringing smiles to many people in the home.

Everyone describes Pauline as being such a hardworking and valued member of the team, who will be greatly missed by all at the home.

To thank Pauline for all of her dedication throughout the years, Area Director, Martin Holmes, attended the home and presented her with a bouquet of flowers.

Catherine Haycock, home manager, commented: “This was a lovely opportunity to thank Pauline for her years of loyal service in the home, she has provided such amazing support to the Residents and her fellow Colleagues, and will be greatly missed by all.”
