Birthday celebrations at Crieff care home

HC-One’s The Birches care home in Crieff, Perthshire, is celebrating the 88th birthday of Resident, Mary Lois Bowers.

Born in Bangalore, India, on 5th February 1932, Mary is fan of classical music and reading, she worked as an assistant manager at a day care centre and went onto to have four sons with her husband, John.

To celebrate her special day, the team at The Birches arranged for the chef to prepare a delicious homemade birthday cake, Mary was presented with her personalised cake and received lots of cards, gifts and good wishes throughout the day. 

The Birches Home Manager, Janette Matias said: “Happy birthday Mary! I am pleased Mary had a lovely day, the smile on her face really said it all.”
