Birthday celebrations at Oaklands care home

Celebrations were had at HC-One’s Oaklands care home, as Resident, Michael, enjoyed spending his 86th birthday with fellow Residents and family members.

Michael enjoyed a small tipple with friends visiting the home, as well as receiving gifts such as a special balloon, before spending a second day enjoying celebrations, with the home’s catering team providing him with a deliciously home made cake for him and his family members to enjoy and share with Residents.

Everyone joined together to sing ‘happy birthday’ to Michael as he remarked at how special his day was made by everyone.

Stephanie Massey, home manager, commented: “We hope Michael has had a wonderful day today, we have enjoyed celebrating with him.”
