Bridgend care home is alive with the sound of musicResidents at Glanffrwd care home in Bridgend enjoyed a fantastic performance from the Lost Chord group.

Lost Chord is an innovative charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and wellbeing of people living with dementia. 

Everyone at Glanffrwd thoroughly enjoyed the performance, as they gave a round of applause at the end of the performance. 

Once the show came to a close, Residents enjoyed a hot beverage as they met members of Lost Chord and found out more about the amazing work they do. 

One Resident commented: “The music was fantastic, Edelweiss was definitely my favourite song from today.”
