Broadway care home promotes Resident wellbeing with Pilates classBrompton House care home in Broadway has demonstrated its commitment to Resident wellbeing with its popular Pilates class at the home.

Residents were delighted to welcome instructor Claire to deliver the session, which aims to promote mobility and hand-eye coordination for older people.

Claire commented on how much Residents had improved from previous weeks as she saw how much strength they had gained.

The Pilates class is one of the most popular activities amongst ladies and gentlemen living at Brompton House, with many opting to use the therabands and massage balls during the session.

One Resident commented: “I always look forward to Pilates. I really like that the morning starts with a foot massage and a good stretch.”
