Cabin Café launched at Oakhill HouseHC-One’s Oakhill House care home were delighted as they opened their Cabin Café in the home.

After everyone within the home enjoyed their Macmillan coffee morning which was held within a café environment, it was decided that the home would open their café to be used regularly.

Residents and Relatives attended the launch and admired the variety of items on offer, with a menu available for beverages and sweet treats to be ordered from their tables.

Rebecca Condie, home manager, commented: “This has been such a fantastic idea for everyone to enjoy, it has been beneficial for memory care Residents to improve their experience for receiving refreshments in a change of scenery.”
