Carol singing at Adelaide HouseResidents at HC-One’s Adelaide House care home were delighted to welcome children from the local Bell Farm primary school as they performed a variety of carols.

Everyone gathered in the home’s lounge as the children serenaded them with some wonderfully festive songs, with Residents choosing their favourite Christmas tunes.

Afterwards, everyone sat together to chat about their favourite Christmas memories, enjoying a selection of home made refreshments. The children enjoyed listening to the Residents’ stories about their childhoods, as they spoke of their own traditions at home.

Cristina Capper, home manager, commented: “Everyone has fully enjoyed themselves today, reminiscence is such an important activity within our home and the Residents have enjoyed recalling their Christmas memories.”
