Chaseview care home Residents enjoy sign making

Residents at HC-One’s Chaseview care home decided with Colleagues to give each community within the home, a different name, and so chose to create signs of their own for each area.

Everyone set about designing their sign as they made each one look unique to the next, adding various bright colours to each sign.

The most recent one they created was for the nursing floor in the home, which Residents unanimously decided to call ‘Red rose floor’, creating a brightly painted, red sign.

Home manager, Jennifer Khadoo, commented: “Everyone has enjoyed getting involved with this activity, with some Residents finding it relaxing. They have taken such pride in each part of the activity that they were involved in and we are so pleased.”
