Christingle carol service goes down a treat for Dukinfield care home ResidentsYew Trees care home in Dukinfield helped Residents get into the Christmas spirit with a beautiful Christingle carol service.

Residents and Colleagues at Yew Trees made their usual trip to Dementia Warriors at the Movarian Church, this time with a festive twist.

The service included a performance of traditional Christmas carols by the Yew Tree singers, who sang beautifully to the audience.

Once the singing had come to an end, Residents enjoyed chatting with the singers over a selection of mince pies, chocolates and cups of tea.

One Resident commented: “I loved listening to the singing, it was beautiful.”
