Christmas carols at Skellingthorpe care homeChristmas celebrations were in full swing at White Gables care home in Skellingthorpe as Residents received a special visit from the choir at St Lawrence’s Church.

Residents enjoyed joining in with a number of traditional Christmas carols, including Silent Night and O Little Town of Bethlehem, which filled the home with beautiful music and helped get everyone in the festive spirit.

After the carol singing had come to an end, everyone listened to a reading from one of the choir singers and a prayer from the vicar.

One Resident commented: “I really loved joining in with the Christmas carols, singing them brought back so many memories.”
