Christmas celebrations at Glasgow care home

Festivities were in full swing at HC-One’s Arcadia Gardens care home in Glasgow on Wednesday 18th December as Residents, team members and visitors enjoyed a fun-filled Christmas party.

Both Residents and team members dressed in their festive attire and gathered to welcome friends, family and members of the local community to the home’s annual Christmas party. Everyone enjoyed live entertainment, stalls, a raffle, tombola and seasonal food and beverages.

 It was also a time to celebrate the kindness and dedication of the team at Arcadia Gardens with Long Service Awards being presented to Care Assistant, Annette Lord and Senior Care Assistant Beth Quimbo. Wellbeing Coordinator, Mel Kennedy and Care Assistants Lorraine Kay, Delia Mullaney and Ranata Melicerchikova were also presented with Kindness in Care Awards.

A great time was had by all, Residents commented on what a wonderful day they had and how much they enjoyed spending quality time with loved ones in the run up to Christmas.
