Christmas cheer for all to hear at Georgetown care homeSeasonal celebrations were underway at The Daffodils care home in Georgetown, Merthyr Tydfil as Residents enjoyed a fun-filled Christmas Day.

Residents were delighted to open many thoughtful gifts from their loved ones, as they shared memories with fellow people living at the home of Christmas time when they were growing up.

After opening their presents, Residents enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner prepared by the kitchen staff at The Daffodils, complete with all the trimmings.

The afternoon commenced with a number of festive games for Residents to enjoy, including a very popular round of pass the parcel.

Janine Marouf, Home Manager at The Daffodils, said: “Christmas is such a special time for our Residents, so here at HC-One we make sure we pull out all the stops to make it an enjoyable day for all.”
