Christmas cheer for all to hear at Stockport care homeThere was festive cheer for all to hear at Appleton Manor care home in Stockport as Residents were joined by their loved ones for Christmas Day.

Kitchen staff at Appleton Manor prepared a delicious festive feast; a three course meal complete with all the trimmings.

Residents enjoyed pulling Christmas crackers and sharing their festive jokes, as they put on their party hats and indulged in a seasonal tipple.

The day was a great success, with a buffet tea for later in the day and a slice of delicious Christmas cake made by Care Assistant, Jean Powell Riley.

Sarah, Wellbeing Coordinator at Appleton Manor, said: “It was so lovely to see Residents sharing this special time with their loved ones. Christmas at Appleton Manor has been truly magical.”
