Coal care home introduces Curling Club

Residents at HC-One’s Moss Park care home in Coal, Fort William have kicked off the New Year with a new group activity for all to enjoy.

The home recently purchased a curling set and introduced a Curling Club for Residents to take part in, the first club meeting was on Thursday 16th January and Residents each took turns trying out the new equipment.

Once everyone got the hang of it, some friendly competition began, everyone cheered for one another and were all having so much fun they didn’t want to stop when it was time for a cup of tea and a biscuit. 

Moss Park Home Manager, Eilidh Kerr said: “I am pleased that the Residents are enjoying the new Curling Club, which is just one of a long list of activities available for all to take part in.”
