Coalville care home rewards Colleague for kindnessKelly Toon, Housekeeper at The Rowans care home in Coalville, was delighted to receive a Kindness in Care award for her hard work and commitment to Resident wellbeing at HC-One.

The Kindness in Care Awards programme was launched by HC-One, a leading provider in health and social care, in October 2013.  It recognises the efforts of their kindest colleagues, and the impact they have on the lives of Residents and their loved ones.

Month on month, record breaking numbers of awards are presented to colleagues, volunteers, and whole teams within the family of homes that HC-One operates across the UK.

Kelly was overjoyed to receive her award certificate, as she was given a round of applause by her Colleagues at The Rowans.

Jodie Robinson, Home Manager at The Rowans, said: “Kelly is in an integral part of our team here at The Rowans, so I am pleased to reward her hard work and dedication with a Kindness in Care award.”
