Coalville care home team receives commendation from Local Authority

The Rowans care home in Coalville was delighted to receive a Commendation Certificate from their Local Authority for the support they gave to a Best Interest Assessor during their visit.

When a Best Interest Assessor from the Local Authority visited The Rowans they received the best possible support during their time in the home, this resulted in the home receiving a Commendation Certificate which was presented to the team at The Rowans.

The Rowans Home Manager, Jodie Robinson commented: “We are delighted with our certificate, it’s a real testament to the hard work and commitment of the whole team.”
