Colleague achievements celebrated at Denton care homeStephanie O’Neill, a Senior Care Assistant at Greatwood care home in Denton, Tameside, has celebrated achieving her NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Stephanie started working as a Care Assistant at Greatwood in 2015; a job that she really embraced and gave her all to from the very beginning.

After showing sheer dedication and kind care at Greatwood, Stephanie was promoted to a Senior Care Assistant and it was here that her career in the care sector really took off.

Stephanie has worked really hard in both her roles at Greatwood House and has since completed her Level 3 Diploma, which has further developed her skills in providing the kindest possible care to Residents.

As a reward for her hard work, Stephanie was presented a card, flowers and even her favourite sweets by her Colleagues, who gave her a round of applause for her achievement.

Stephanie said: “This is a fantastic step in my career and one that I couldn’t have taken without the support of my Colleagues at HC-One. I can’t wait to put my new skills into practice to further enhance the wellbeing of those living at Greatwood.”
