Colleagues recognised for long service at Swallownest care homeCongratulations were in order at Swallownest care home in Sheffield as Colleagues were awarded for their long service at the home. 

Nicola Coulson, Nursing Assistant, Carol Fletcher, Cook, and Michelle Middleton, Care Asisstant, were all delighted to be awarded with their five year long service award. 

Housekeeper, Natalia Lakin, was also overjoyed to receive her award for ten years’ service at Swallownest. 

The four Colleagues were presented with a certificate to congratulate them for their commitment and hard work at Swallownest, as they received a round of applause from their Colleagues. 

Barbara, a Resident at Swallownest, said: “I love the staff. I know them and they know me. It’s good that their faces are always the same smiling ones.”

Amanda Fields, Home Manager at Swallownest, said: “It is amazing that we have so many staff members who clearly love working with Residents at our home that they have remained with us for so long.”
