Dartford care home Residents visit local garden centreResidents at HC-One’s Priory Mews care home enjoyed an afternoon adventure as they visited the local garden centre with some Colleagues from the home.

The Residents enjoyed walking around the garden centre as they met up with some Relatives and friends, admiring the many lights and plants adorning the centre.

Smiles were on everyone’s faces as they discussed their favourite flowers and plants they most like to admire, speaking of the ones they would have in their houses.

Afterwards, lunch was enjoyed by all including a variety of refreshments and indulgent delicacies such as cakes and biscuits.

Rose Akem, home manager, commented: “It was a wonderful trip, the Residents enjoyed meeting the reindeers and looking at all the beautifully coloured flowers with their families.”
