Eastbourne care home gives to local food bank

HC-One’s Coppice Court care home continued their harvest celebrations recently as they collected a variety of donations to be given to the local food bank.

In the run up to harvest festival, and during the event itself, the home enjoyed collecting a selection of tinned and non-perishable food items.

The good donations, made by Relatives, Colleagues and friends, were collected in the home and passed on to the local food bank, who gratefully received the items from the home and were taken aback with the amount of donations.

The home have been delighted to be able to support the local community in this way. Juliet Wills, home manager, commented: “everyone in the home has joined in amazingly, we enjoy supporting the local community and are so proud to do so.”
