Exercise excitement at Birch CourtResidents at HC-One’s Birch Court enjoyed an afternoon of exercis as they were visited by Beeactifit.

The organisation, which offers fun exercise alongside music sessions to encourage adults to remain fit and healthy, attended the home and got everyone involved as they enjoyed an engaging afternoon of activity.

Residents enjoyed themselves as they danced around and moved along to the music provided, laughing with one another and motivating each other.

Everyone especially enjoyed welcoming this new company to the home, and being introduced to the rhythmic dancing.

Catherine Haycock, home manager, commented: “Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed themselves, it was wonderful to welcome Beeactifit to the home and we look forward to many more visits from them.”
