Final festive preparations underway at Hartlepool care homeResidents at HC-One’s Sheraton Court care home in Hartlepool have been busy finishing the final touches for Christmas Day with a festive arts and crafts session.

On Christmas Eve, a group of Residents decided to create some centre pieces to be displayed on the tables during Christmas dinner, everyone chatted as they worked on their pieces about their favourite festive pastimes and how much they were looking forward to the big day.

The final results were wonderful, with fellow Residents and members of the team complimenting the centre pieces and agreeing that they will look lovely on the tables.

Carole Thomson, Home Manager at Sheraton Court said: “It was lovely to see the finished centre pieces. Christmas evokes so many special memories for our Residents and we strive to make the day as special as possible.

“Sheraton Court is their home and the day should be as special as any other Christmas they have celebrated.”
