Firework extravaganza at Maple Lodge

Residents at HC-One’s Maple Lodge care home were delighted when the home decided to hold a firework display outside.

Everyone remarked at how colourful the fireworks were, and how much they enjoyed watching them light up the sky. Some Residents said how they reminded them of the displays they watched as children.

Colleagues enjoyed speaking with the Residents about their favourite colours as they watched the fireworks, and Residents shared their memories of bonfire night as children.

Sarah Dodd, home manager, commented: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the firework display, everyone wrapped up warm as we watched the display and admired the lights.”
