Flower arranging brightens up the day at Colton care homeResidents at Colton Lodges care home in Colton, Leeds showed off their creative sides as they enjoyed an afternoon of flower arranging.

Talented flower arranger Dorothy volunteered her time to show Residents at Colton Lodges how to construct their arrangements, as each person selected from a variety of colourful blooms. 

Residents were smiling from ear to ear as their flower arrangements blossomed into beautiful creations, which really helped to brighten up the living areas at Colton Lodges. 

One Resident said: “The flowers look beautiful, I can’t wait for Dorothy to come back for the next class.”
