Four generations come together at Glasgow care homeKathleen Scott, a Resident at HC-One’s Quayside care home in Yoker, Glasgow was thrilled on Friday 1st November when she received a special visit from the latest addition to her family.

Kathleen’s daughter, Anne and granddaughter, Katie came to visit her with the newest member of the family, Kathleen’s great-grandson, Rex. It was an emotional day for everyone, especially for Kathleen when she was able to hold her great-grandson in her arms.

Anne and Katie shared their favourite memories of Kathleen being such a wonderful mother and grandmother, Kathleen also passed on some words of wisdom to new mum, Katie.

Liz Campbell, Home Manager at Quayside said: “It was heart-warming to see four generations of a family all together, the smile on Kathleen’s face as she held Rex said it all.”
