Full steam ahead at Limpley Stoke care homeColleagues at Avon Park care home in Limpley Stoke, near Bath, were delighted to organise a train ride for one Resident and his wife.

After chatting to those living and working at Avon Park about his interests in trains, the Resident was delighted to discover that the team had arranged a train journey for him and his wife to enjoy together.

After jumping on board the train, everyone admired the scenery as they passed by the countryside and wildlife outdoors.

The trip was followed by the Resident and his wife enjoying a delicious pub lunch and a pint of cider, before having a cup of coffee from a local cafĂ©.

One Resident commented: “I had a really good day on the train.”
