Fun at the farm for Sheffield care home Residents

Residents at Alexander Court care home in Sheffield enjoyed a trip out to Heeley City Farm as they made some new adorable furry friends. 

As they arrived at the farm, Residents were delighted to get some fresh country air as they met the adorable farm animals. 

During their visit, Residents got the opportunity to meet many pigs, goats, sheep, horses and rabbits as they found out more about their backgrounds from representatives at the farm. 

The visit was rounded off with a delicious meal and hot drink at the farm’s café, as Residents discussed their favourite animals living on the farm. 

Winnie and Ann thoroughly enjoyed the trip, as they discussed how much they enjoyed the change of scenery and the glorious winter sunshine.
