Fundraising success as Boston care home supports Children in NeedElmwood House care home in Boston, Lincolnshire was delighted to support Children in Need by raising a fantastic £34.10 at its fundraising event.

Residents were joined by their loved ones for the fundraising afternoon as they enjoyed entertainment from talented singer, Amy. The audience clapped, danced and sang along to the music as Amy even sang some classic hits requested by Residents.

The day was rounded off with a delicious sweet treat and a cup of tea, as people made a selection from brownies, lemon cake and chocolate cake.

Claire Gordon-Rundle, Home Manager at Elmwood House, said: “At HC-One, we are dedicated to supporting charities across the UK to benefit the wider community.

“I am so grateful to everyone who came along and helped us raise such a fantastic amount of money for Children in Need.”
