Fundraising success Wallyford care home shows support to charityDrummohr care home in Wallyford, Musselburgh showed its support to charity by raising a fantastic £300 in a fundraising raffle. 

Wellbeing Coordinators Lisa and Shona organised a fantastic hamper for the charity raffle draw, with tickets being on sale to Residents, Relatives, Colleagues and members of the local community for a month prior to the raffle being drawn. 

The raffle raised a fantastic £300, with half of the amount going to Cancer Research and the remaining money contributing to the Residents’ Comfort Fund. 

The raffle draw took place with many Relatives and Residents eagerly waiting for the winner to be revealed, with tea and coffee being served at the event. 

Mirelle Fyvie, Home Manager at Drummohr, said: “At HC-One, we are dedicated to supporting charities as much as possible, so we were delighted to raise such a fantastic amount of money for Cancer Research. Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets for contributing to this fundraiser.”
