Georgetown care home shows appreciation to community kindnessThe Daffodils care home in Georgetown, Merthyr Tydfil showed their appreciation to those who have supported their recent events and activities.

Colleagues at the home personally thanked Residents’ friends and family for all their support and generosity that they give when attending events at The Daffodils.

A special thank you was given to Patricia and Ron, Relatives of Christine who lives at the home. The pair visit Christine regularly to catch up with her and if there is a special event taking place at the home, Patricia and Ron always bring in lots of gifts for raffles.

Janine Marouf, Home Manager at The Daffodils, said: “We are always so grateful to Relatives and members of the local community who support our events in any way that they can. Every little gesture makes a huge difference to our Residents’ lives and I can’t thank everyone enough for their generosity and kindness throughout our calendar of events this year.”
