Glasgow care home Residents enjoy festive pantomimeResidents, friends, family and team members at HC-One’s Eastbank care home in Shettleston, Glasgow, were treated to a festive pantomime performance of The Snow Queen from Geezabreak Productions on Monday 9th December.

Everyone gathered in the lounge to watch a performance of The Snow Queen, which is an original fairy tale written by Hans Christian Andersen. The story focusses on the struggles between good and evil experienced by main character, Gerda and her friend, Kai. 

Residents and visitors enjoyed the three person performance and interacted with the actors from start to finish. Seasonal food and beverages were served throughout, after the show, everyone shared their highlights and chatted about their upcoming plans for the festive season.

Salve Rull, Home Manager at Eastbank said: “Thank you to Geezabreak Productions for putting on such a wonderful show, it has really got us counting down the days till Christmas at Eastbank.”
