Glenrothes care home celebrates long service of dedicated ChefHC-One’s Balfarg care home in Glenrothes, Fife, is celebrating the hard work and commitment of Chef, Ryan Watson, who was presented with a Long Service Award for his five years’ service at the home.

To celebrate his milestone, the team arranged for Ryan to be presented with his certificate and badge by Home Manager, Sharon Watson, which was extra special for the pair as they are mother and son.

Ryan’s Colleagues and Residents at Balfarg were delighted to see his certificate and congratulated him on his achievement.

Balfarg Home Manager, Sharon Watson said: “It’s always lovely to be able to recognise the achievements of our team, but it made me very proud to be able to present this award to my son, well done Ryan!”
