Glenrothes care home celebrates Valentine’s DayLove was all around at HC-One’s Balfarg care home in Glenrothes, Fife, as Residents celebrated Valentine’s Day with their friends and family.

To celebrate the day of love, the team arranged for Dennis Paton to perform for Residents and visitors, singing love ballads from decades past, Residents enjoying dancing with their other half and joining in with their favourite romantic songs.

Lesley Dixon, daughter of Mary Fowler, the eldest Resident at The Beeches aged 103 years commented: “It’s great to see my mum enjoying herself and loving the music.”

Balfarg Home Manager, Sharon Watson said: “It was lovely to see Residents celebrating Valentine’s Day with their friends and family, you could really feel love in Balfarg today.”
