Goole care home promotes physical wellbeing as team joins WWWindsor Court care home in Goole is promoting the physical wellbeing of Colleagues working at the home as the team joined WW. 

Previously known as Weight Watchers, WW provides support to people as they aim to live a healthier lifestyle. 

The WW session is being held at the home every Tuesday evening, with Relatives being welcomed to the group if they would like to join in. 

The first session was extremely positive, with the group losing a fantastic 26lb in the first seven days. 

Michelle, Deputy Manager at Windsor Court, said: “It’s fantastic that the team are joining together to help improve their wellbeing. Everyone has been really pleased with the results so far and I can’t wait to see what we all achieve by the end of the year.”
