Harnham Croft Colleague awarded for making a differenceColleagues at HC-One’s Harnham Croft care home came together to congratulate a member of the team on receiving a ‘Make a Difference’ award.

Home manager, Jim Bowie, awarded nurse Kinga Zyzak with the award after she was nominated by fellow Colleagues at the home for the impact she has made on everyone in the short time she has worked there.

Colleagues remarked at how passionate Kinga is on the delivery of high quality care she provides to Residents in the home, and that she has demonstrated support and kindness in all of her interactions with both Residents and fellow Colleagues.

Kinga was delighted as she received her certificate, a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates, as she remarked how lovely it was to be recognised.

Jim, home manager, commented: “This was thoroughly deserved by Kinga, she does so much for everyone in the home and I am so glad to see her receive this award.”
