Husband and wife receive thoughtful gift from Dundee care home

Margaret and Brian Scott were overjoyed when they received a beautiful hand casting gift from the team at HC-One’s Ballumbie Court care home in Dundee.

Brian is a Resident at Ballumbie Court and enjoys daily visits from his beloved wife, Margaret, the team decided that they wanted to organise something special for the couple and surprised them with a hand casting experience.

The couple had a beautiful sculpture created of their hands intertwined with ‘Always My Always’ written on the plaque. It was an emotional day when the couple received their hand cast and they thanked the team for kindness in helping to create something that they will cherish forever. 

Mary McKigen, Home Manager at Ballumbie Court said: “I am so pleased we were able to arrange this for Mr and Mrs Scott, the smiles on their faces said it all.”
