Ilkeston care home parties in style for New Year’s Eve

Ladywood care home in Ilkeston ended the 2010s in style as Residents enjoyed a fabulous New Year’s Eve party. 

Eleanor, a talented singer, attended the party to put on a marvellous show for Residents, as they sang and danced along to the music.

As the new decade approached, Residents gathered together to sing Auld Lang’s Syne, with many cheering as they completed the song.

The party was rounded off with a delicious buffet, filled with sweet and savoury snacks and a selection of celebratory beverages. 

Stuart, a Resident at Ladywood, said: “The singer was fantastic! I really enjoyed the party.”
